1. What data do we collect?
Depending upon your use of our Services, we may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data:
Personal Data collected directly from you through the check-out process: your name, postal address, phone number, email address, gender and age. Our legal basis for the collection and process of this data is the provision to you of the services purchased by you. It is also our legitimate interest in providing social media and marketing content that is of interest to our followers of social media.
Personal Data collected automatically from the use by you of createacademy.com. The data transmitted from your browser includes your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the pages accessed, the access/status/HTTP status code, your browser, your operating system and interface, as well as the language and version of the browser software. The legal basis for collecting and processing this personal data is to be able to operate the website and provide you with access to the pages you wish to access.
We will only use your email address that has been entered at checkout to provide you with information about your order or related products. We do not store your email address unless you have given us permission to do so. We will only add you to our mailing list if you tick the sign up box at checkout, or if you enter your email address on our website.
Customers who enter an email address at the checkout but do not place an order may receive a basket reminder email.

We do sometime work with our competition partner that we may share your data in order to fulfil your prize/ gift or so that you can receive marketing from the partner. Create Academy will only share your data in this way based on your express consent.
In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
When Create Academy processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Third Parties (including Intercom and Google Analytics) whose content appears on our services may use third-party Cookies. Please refer to Part 6 & 7 for more information on controlling cookies. 5. How do we store your data?

With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email, SMS, website notification or mail through the post with information, news, and offers on products and services. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with Our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and you will always have the opportunity to opt-out.
Brand partners (consent) – When you enter a competition or giveaway which Create Academy is hosting with another partner, Create Academy may share your data with the other partner in order to fulfil your prize/ gift or so that you can receive marketing from the partner. You have the right at any time to stop Create Academy from contacting you for marketing purposes.
